It’s a Jolly Holiday with Mary! ‘Mary Poppins’ Sweeps into the Playhouse

Everyone’s favorite nanny, the “practically perfect in every way” Mary Poppins, flies onto the Playhouse stage just in time for holidays. The stage version is based on P.L. Travers beloved books and the wonderfully whimsical Disney 1964 film version with Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke.

Number 17, Cherry Tree Lane, is all in a dither as George and Winifred Banks’ naughty children, Jane and Michael, have sent yet another nanny packing. Enter Mary Poppins, flying in on her umbrella with her magical carpetbag of tricks, and life changes in every possible way for the family.
