Hello! And welcome to the Final Blog for #Mermaid Monday’s. Well, this week The Little Mermaid opens at the Marshall Stage. Over the past two weeks you have gotten to know a lot about the show. Which is really important. This show has been a dream come true for me and the entire cast working on this show. It’s been a really fun ride so far and I’m sure you’ll see that presented onstage as well. This week we start off with a parent and sponsor preview performance tonight. This will be a great way to start the run of the show. Then we have two students matinee’s that are sold out. That is 1,500 combined! And then we officially open on Thursday, and close on Sunday.
This last blog I wanted to be something special but I don’t think anything is more special then telling you about how much the cast members, directors, and volunteers have put into this. This show is breathtaking — just from the actor’s point of view — all of kids take my breath away on how talented they truly are. So for this last blog I’m going to be introducing a ton of people so enjoy!
Don’t forget, the show is at Marshall’s Fregeau Auditorium. We’re selling tickets fast, so make sure to order in advance in case we sell out! You can order online or by calling the Playhouse at 218-733-7555.
